Smile, It’s Free


Smiling is associated with happy things.  Hmmm, what if we use a bit of human conditioning to help us have a better day?  I thought that would make you happy.

This is a super simple way to make yourself feel great in stressful moments or right off the bat in the morning…Try smiling

I’d recommend  smiling at yourself in the mirror right after you brush your teeth.  It’ll boost up your happiness and help put your mind in a pleasant place.  If you want to try even more start laughing heartily (even if it seems silly) and see how great you feel after a good laugh.
